कल मैं रूटीन चेकअप के लिए अपने कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट से मिला। उन्होंने मुझे एक विटामिन‑मिनरल सप्लीमेंट नियमित रूप से लेने की सलाह दी। बाद में मैंने इसके बारे में पढ़ा और समझा कि वे ऐसा क्यों कहते हैं। कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट के सामने अक्सर यह चुनौती होती है कि उनके कई मरीज़ गिर जाते हैं और उनकी हड्डियाँ टूट जाती हैं। उन्होंने जो सप्लीमेंट मुझे दिया है, वह खास तौर पर इसी समस्या को ध्यान में रखकर बनाया गया लगता है। अन्य लाभों के साथ‑साथ यह हड्डियों की डेंसिटी कम होने से बचाने में भी मदद करता है।
